HidaMari Cooking(ひだまりクッキング)へようこそ。 このチャンネルでは、チョコレートや抹茶、季節のフルーツを使ったお菓子のレシピを中心に投稿しています。 ▷チャンネル登録はこちら: If you like it, please click ‘Like’ and Subscribe. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcp9uRaBwInxl_SZqGRksDA?sub_confirmation=1 ベルマークを押すと毎回通知が届くようになります。 動画の評価やコメントをいただけるととても嬉しいです♪ ーーーーーー 新年あけましておめでとうございます😊 2020年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします♪ 今日は、チョコレート味のカスタードクリームをたっぷり詰めた サクサクのシュークリームのレシピです^^ とろける食感のカスタードクリームに、更に ほいっぷした生クリームを入れて贅沢仕様にしてみました♪ ▷材料(10〜12個分): ■カスタードクリーム 卵黄 3個 砂糖 45g 薄力粉 18g 牛乳 270g クーベルチュールビターチョコレート 35g 生クリーム 100g 砂糖 8g ■シュー生地 全卵 2個 薄力粉 55g 無塩バター 45g 水 85g 砂糖 3g 塩 ひとつまみ ▷作り方: 1.カスタードを作る。クーベルチュールビターチョコ35gを溶けやすいように細かく刻む。 2.卵黄3個に砂糖45gを加えて白っぽくなるまで混ぜる。薄力粉18gを加えて更に混ぜる。 3.牛乳270gを沸騰直前まで温め、②に加えて混ぜる。鍋に戻してカスタードを炊く。 4.①のチョコレートを加えて手早く混ぜ、カスタードを濾して落としラップをして冷ます。 5.シュー生地を作る。全卵2個は室温に戻して溶きほぐす。 薄力粉55gはふるっておく。 6.鍋に室温の無塩バター45g、水85g、砂糖3g、塩ひとつまみを入れて中火で沸騰させる。 7.火を止めて薄力粉55gを加えて手早く混ぜる。だまがなくなったら再び中火で生地がひとかたまりになるまで加熱する。 8.ボウルに移して溶きほぐした全卵2個を加えてよく混ぜる。口金をセットした絞り袋に入れて生地を好きな大きさに絞り出す。 9.シュー生地に水をたっぷり吹きかけて180℃に予熱したオーブンで35~40分焼く。 10.天板から外して冷ます。 11.生クリーム100g、砂糖8gをゆるく泡立てる。冷えたカスタードクリームを軽くほぐして生クリームと合わせる。 12.シュークリーム用の口金をセットした絞り袋にクリームを入れてシューの中に絞り出す。 13.溶かしたチョコレートを塗り、ピスタチオを飾って完成。 ーーーーーー […]
